Overview
Stelle ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI and automation services to help individuals and organizations reach their goals. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for subscriptions and services, in compliance with applicable consumer laws in the United States (U.S.) and the European Union (EU).
1. Subscription Refunds
Free Services
Features of Stelle offered for free are provided without any refund rights.
Paid Subscriptions (General Policy)
Subscription fees for Stelle's premium services are generally non-refundable. This means if you change your mind or stop using the service during a billing period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.
Exceptions
Refunds may be provided if required by applicable law or at our sole discretion, for instance, if the service is fundamentally non-functional and cannot be restored in a reasonable time. Refund requests must be sent to info@stelle.world from the email address associated with your account.
2. Legal Rights for EU and EEA Customers
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your contract for our services and receive a full refund for any payment made, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of contract conclusion. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Losing the Right of Withdrawal
You expressly agree and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of our service has fully begun, and you have accessed and started using the service. By subscribing and using the Stelle service, you consent to the immediate start of the service and agree that you will not be able to cancel once performance has commenced.
Two-Year Legal Guarantee (Conformity)
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have a minimum two-year guarantee from the date of purchase that our service will be in "conformity" with the contract. This means if the service is defective, not as described, or does not function as advertised, you have the right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. For the first year after purchase, it is generally assumed that any defect existed at the time of delivery.
3. U.S. Customers
In the United States, there is no federal law governing refund policies for online services. Our refund policy is as stated in Section 1. However, we comply with all applicable state consumer protection laws, which require us to uphold the promises made in our own policy and to not sell defective services.
4. How to Request a Refund or Address an Issue

Please include your account information and order number, and a detailed explanation of your request or the issue you have encountered.
5. Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 30 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or card company's policies.
